RESERVATION 

To make a reservation, please call K.S. Sam @ 010-9860399 to book. 要进行预订，请致电K.S。SAM@ 010-9860399预订。

To secure a reservation, you are required to pay 50% deposit of total charges via bank transfer. We advise that you pay the deposit as soon as possible to secure your reservation before your requested date is taken. 
 

*Should you encounter any issues in making the transfer, please let us know and we will assist you in any way possible. 

 

Once you have made the payment, please sms/whatapss us the receipt and you will receive a confirmation securing your reservation. 

We will not be able to secure your reservation until you have paid the 50% deposit.

Payment of balance is to be made in cash upon checking in.

Please print your confirmation and present it upon checking in.

 

You may choose to make the full payment, instead of just the 50% deposit. 

Earliest check in time: 2:00 p.m.
Latest check out time : 12:00 p.m.

CANCELLATION

If you have already paid the deposit but you wish to cancel the reservation, please inform us of your cancellation. You MUST inform us about your cancellation at least 48 HOURS before your scheduled check in date.

 

Example: If your check in date is on 11 November 2015 (Wednesday), you will have to inform us of your cancellation by 9 November 2015 (Monday) at 12:00 p.m.

 

If booking cancellations are done within less than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date, refund of deposit is forfeited.
